The AFBR-5978Z Ethernet POF transceiver enables system designers to implement Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps) or 50-meter standard bandwidth 0.5±0.05 NA POF and 100-meter standard bandwidth 0.37±0.04 NA HCS Optical Ethernet (10 Mbps) transmission technology. The connection method that Ethernet POF transceivers can use is SC-RJ. The product is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
** AFBR-5978Z is compatible with SCRJ connection systems manufactured by Reichle & De-Massari AG in Switzerland.
