Product Introduction

This is a low-cost, integrated AFE031 powerline communication analog front-end (AFE) device that has a transformer-coupled connection to the powerline under the control of a DSP or microcontroller.It is ideal for supporting high current, low-impedance line to 1.5A to become a reactive load.The integrated receiver can detect down to 15μVRMS signals and has a wide range of gain options to accommodate varying input signal conditions.This monolithic integrated circuit provides applications that require high reliability for powerline communication.

The AFE031 transmits power amplifiers from a single supply range of 7V to 26V.At the maximum output current, a wide output swing provides a 13VPP (IOUT = 1.
