AP1507Step-down DC/DC conversion

description The AP1507 is a monolithic integrated circuit step-down DC/DC conversion design that eliminates the need for an external transistor to drive a load capacity of 3A. Due to the reduced number of external components, the board space can be easily saved. External shutdown function, controllable logic level, and then enter standby mode. Feedback control without the need for external design with good wiring and load regulation internal compensation. Regarding the protection function, thermal shutdown to prevent damage to the operating temperature of the equipment, the current limit is operated for the above current output switch.
