AP1530 includes:The buck switch regulates PWM control。 These devices include a voltage reference, oscillation circuitry, error amplifier, and internal PMOS. The AP1530 offers low ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. PWM control circuitry is capable of changing the duty cycle linearly from 0 to 100%. The converter also contains an error amplifier circuit. Enable functions, overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection are built in, and when OCP or SCP occurs, the operating frequency will be reduced from 300kHz to 50kHz. In addition, the internal compensation block is built with a minimum number of external components. In addition to internal P-channel power MOS, coils, capacitors, and external diodes, these chips can act as step-down switching regulators. They serve as power supply units for portable devices in SO-8 and Su-8DEP (Double Bare Pad) packages, offering low current consumption and other outstanding features. Since the converter can accommodate input voltages up to 18V, it is also suitable for operation with an AC adapter.
