description
The AP1534 includes buck switch regulation PWM control. These devices include a voltage reference, oscillation circuitry, error amplifier, and internal PMOS. The AP1534 offers low ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. The PWM control circuit is capable of changing the duty cycle linearly from 0 to 99%. The converter also contains an error amplifier circuit and a soft-start circuit to prevent overshoot at startup. Enable function, overcurrentprotectionFunction and short-circuit protection function are built in, and when OCP or SCP occurs, the operating frequency will be reduced from 300kHz to 50kHz. In addition, internal compensation blocks are built to minimize the number of external components. In addition to internal P-channel power MOS, coils, capacitors and external diodes, these chips can also be usedBuck switchVoltage regulator. The SO-8 small package offers such outstanding features as low current consumption, plus they serve as an ideal power supply unit for portable devices. Since the converter can accommodate input voltages up to 18V, it is also suitable for operation with an AC adapter.
