AP7365 600mA, adjustable and fixed output voltage, low dropout linear regulator
description
The AP7365 is a 600mA, adjustable and fixed output voltage, low-dropout linear regulator. The device includes a pass element, error amplifier, bandgap, current limiting, and thermal shutdown circuitry. The device is turned on when the EN pin is set to logic high. The low dropout and low quiescent current make them suitable for low-power applications, such as battery-powered devices. Typical quiescent current is about 35μA. Built-in current limiting and thermal shutdown functions prevent damage to the IC in the event of a fault. This device is available in adjustable outputs from 0.8V to 5.0V and fixed versions with 0.8V, 1.0V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.0V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 3.9V outputs. For any other voltage options, please contact your local sales office. The AP7365 is available in SOT25,3L, SOT89/R-3L, SOT223/R-DFN2020-6 packages.
