Die A3910 ist eine Zwei-Wege-HalbbrückeElektromotor angetriebenEntwickelt für kostengünstige, batteriebetriebene Niederspannungsanwendungen. Der Ausgang ist für den Betrieb bis 500 mA ausgelegt.
Durch die Paarung der High-End- undLow-End-LaufwerkeDie direkte Ansteuerung ermöglicht eine High-Side- oder Low-Side-Pulsweitenmodulation. Der Motor kann an eine Stromquelle oder Masse angeschlossen werden. Die Bremswirkung des Motors kann durch die Verwendung eines MOS-Schalters im Vergleich zur Verwendung einer einfachen Klemmdiode verbessert werden.
Der A3910 ist in einem 2-mm- × 2-mm-QFN-Gehäuse (EE) mit 8 Anschlüssen und einem freiliegenden Kühlkörper erhältlich. Das Gehäuse ist bleifrei (Pb) mit 100% matter Zinn-Leadframe-Beschichtung.
