Product Introduction

The A3910 is a dual half-bridge motor driver designed for low-cost, low-voltage battery-powered applications. The output is rated for up to 500 mA of operating current.

High-end or low-end pulse width modulation is possible with direct control of the high-end and low-end drivers. The motor can be connected to a power source or ground. Using MOS switches improves the braking action of the motor compared to using simple clamp diodes.

The A3910 is available in a 2 mm × 2 mm, 8-terminal QFN package (EE) with an exposed heat sink. The package is a lead-free (Pb) package with 100% matte tin plating on the pin frame.
