ATS128LSE Programmable, True Power State (TPOS)Sensor ICsbeHall-effect ICsOptimally combined with rare earth magnets, it can switch in response to magnetic signals generated by ferromagnetic targets in gear tooth sensing and proximity sensing applications.
The device is magnetic operating point BOP Provides a wide range of programming. The fixed hysteresis is then based on the selected BRP Set the magnetic operating point BOP。
The device is externally programmable. Magnetic operating point (BOP) provides a wide range of programmable sequences while the hysteresis remains unchanged. This advanced feature allows the sensor IC switchpoint to be optimized to significantly reduce the impact of mechanical configuration tolerances in production environments.
A unique dynamic offset cancellation technique, along with an internal high-frequency clock, reduces the residual offset voltage typically caused by device overmolding, temperature dependence, and thermal stress. Placing the Hall element and amplifier in a single chip minimizes many of the problems typically associated with low-level analog signals.
The device is ideal when using a gear tooth-tooth configuration to collect speed or position information, or for proximity sensing using ferromagnetic targets.
The ATS128 is available in a 4-pin plastic single in-line package (SIP). The package is lead (Pb) free and features 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
