The ATS692LSH was adoptedHall-effect integrated circuits(IC) and rare earth magnets provide a user-friendly solution for direction detection and true zero-speed digital gear tooth sensing. This small package can be easily assembled and used in a variety of applicationsGear sensing applications。
The IC uses patented algorithms to meet the special operational requirements of automotive transmission applications. The speed and direction of the target are transmitted via a variable pulse width output protocol. The biggest advantage of the ATS692 is that it handles vibration without reducing the maximum air gap capacity or generating any wrong orientation information.
Even higher angular vibrations generated when the engine is started can be completely excluded. Advanced vibration detection algorithms systematically calibrate the sensor IC against the initial teeth of real target rotation rather than vibration, ensuring the accuracy of the signal in operating mode at all times.
Advanced signal processing and innovative algorithms make the ATS692 ideal for a wide range of speed and direction sensing needs.
The device is available in a lead-free (Pb) 4-pin SIP package with 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
