This is a 4-channel BUF04701, low-power, high-voltage rail-to-rail input/output buffer.Operationally, from a 3.5V supply (±12 V ± 1.75V 6 V), the BUF04701 has a bandwidth of 3dB and has many 8MHz rates and requires μs 10V/only 1.1mA quiescent current.The BUF04701 features input and output capability, rail-to-rail to give maximum dynamic range at any one voltage.
With fast and settling times, as well as high output drive, the BUF04701 is ideal for use as a reference voltage source buffer in thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs).
It is available in an MSOP-10 BUF04701 package, offering minimal residue and thin pack options available, as well as a TSSOP-14 package corresponding to a pinout standard quad amplifier.
