Product Introduction

This is a 4-channel BUF04701, low-power, high-voltage rail-to-rail input/output buffer.Operationally, it is supplied from 3.5V (±12 volts± 1.75V 6 V), has a bandwidth BUF04701 of 3dB and many 8MHz rates, and requires μs 10 volts per 1.1mA quiescent current.BUF04701 feature input and output capabilities, rail-to-rail gives maximum dynamic range at any one voltage.

With fast and stable times, as well as high output drives, the E-Crusher BUF04701 is ideal for use as a reference voltage source buffer in thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD).

This is available in an MSOP-10 BUF04701 package, offering minimal carryover and thin package options, and the TSSOP-14 package corresponds to a pinout standard quad amplifier.
