The ADCS7476, ADCS7477, and ADCS7478 are low-power, monolithic CMOS 12-, 10-, and 8-bit analog-to-digital converters that operate in 1 MSPS. The drop in the ADCS7476/77/78 is a replacement for the AD7476/77/78 for Analog Devices. Each device is based on a successive approximation internal sample-and-hold register structure. THE SERIAL INTERFACE IS COMPATIBLE WITH SEVERAL STANDARDS SUCH AS SPI™, QSPI ™, MICROWIRE ™, AND MANY GENERAL-PURPOSE DSP SERIAL INTERFACES.

The ADCS7476/77/78 are used as a reference supply voltage to provide the full 0 input range for operation and span of the devicereachV DD。 The slew rate is determined from the serial clock (SCLK) speed. These converters offer a shutdown mode that can be traded for power throughput. The ADCS7476/77/78 operate with a single supply and can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 five Normal power consumption is converted continuously, using +3 V or +5 V supplies, which are 2 mW and 10 mW respectively. The downward-function power supply, which is enabled by a chip select (^CS) pin, reduces power consumption by less than 5 microwatts using a +5 V supply. All three converters are available in a 6-pin package, available in an SOT-23 package and a 6-pin LLP, both of which provide a very small footprint in which space is an important consideration. These products are designed to operate in the automotive/extended industrial temperature range of -40°C +125℃
