illustrate
The DAC104S085 is a full-featured, general-purpose QUAD 10-bit voltage output digital analogue converter (DAC) that can be powered from a single +2.7 V to 5.5V supply, at 3V 1.1 mW and at 5V 2.5 mW. The DAC104S085 is packaged in 10-lead LLP and MSOP packages. The 10-pin LLP package makes DAC104S085 the smallest quad-digital-to-analog converter in its class. The on-chip output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing and a three-wire serial interface with an operating clock frequency of up to 40 MHz over the entire supply voltage range. Competition is limited, with devices clocking in the range of 2.7V to 3.6V with a supply voltage of 25 MHz. Serial interfaces are compatible with standard SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interfaces.
The DAC104S085 is a reference to providing the widest possible output dynamic range for all four channels at different voltages between 1V and V. The DAC104S085 has a 16-bit input shift register to control the output for updates, operation, input data in case of power failure, and binary mode. All four outputs can be updated simultaneously or individually, depending on the operating mode settings of both bits.
Power-on reset circuit to ensure that the output power in the DAC can reach zero volts and maintain until there is an effective write device. A power-saving feature reduces power consumption to less than one microwatt with three different terminal options.
The low power consumption and small package DAC104S085 make it an optimal choice for use in battery-powered devices.
The DAC104S085 is a pin-compatible DAC that includes one of the 8-bit DAC084S085 and 12-bit DAC124S085 families. The DAC104S085 operates over an extended -40°C industrial temperature range of 105°C
