The mini DP83848T PHYTER addresses the quality, reliability and small form factor required for space-sensitive applications in embedded industrial temperature ranges.

The device delivers performance that far exceeds IEEE specifications, with superior interoperability and industry-leading performance of 137 million CAT-V cables. The DP83848T also offers automatic MDIX to eliminate cabling complications. DP83848T has excellent ESD protection, a manikin greater than 4kV, providing extreme reliability and robust operation, ensuring high-level performance in all applications.

National DP83848T incorporates the cost reduction of the system rather than the physical layer discovery capabilities of other vendors' products. For example, the inclusion of a 25MHz clock DP83848T points out that eliminates the need for, therefore, space and cost of additional Media Access Control (MAC) clock source components. In addition, both the Ministry of Information Industry and RMII support ensure ease of use and design flexibility.
