DS18S20-PAR Digital thermometer

The DS18S20-PAR digital thermometer provides 9-bit Celsius temperature measurement and has a user-programmable non-volatile up and down trigger point alarm. DS18S20-PAR does not require an external power supply because it comes directly from the power of the data cable ("parasitic power"). DS18S20-PAR is more than a 1-Wire® bus, and its definition requires only one data line to communicate with the central microprocessor and terrestrial communication. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +100°C and an accurate range of -10°C to +85°C to ±0.5°C or more.

Each DS18S20-PAR has a unique 64-bit identification code, which allows multiple DS18S20, PAHs to function on the same 1-Wire bus, therefore, it is simple to control many DS18S20 PAHs distributed over a large area using a microprocessor. Applications thanks to this feature can include HVAC environmental control, temperature monitoring systems within buildings, equipment or machinery, process monitoring and control systems.
