DS1985U 1024-bit or 64 kbits electrically programmable read-only memory (EPROM)

Key features:

1024-bit or 64kbits electrically programmable read-only memory (EPROM), which communicates with an economical signal, plus ground
Unique, factory-lithography and tested 64-bit registration numbers (8-digit family code, 36-bit sequence, 12-bit UniqueWare identifier 5E7h, 8-bit CRC check code) are guaranteed to be absolutely traceable, as no two devices are the same
EPROM is divided into 256-bit pages to randomly access group data records
Each memory page can be permanently write-protected to prevent tampering
The device is 'only' memory to add additional data that can be divided into EPROM programming without interfering with existing data
Control, address, data, power and programming signals are reduced to a single pin
8-digit family code specifies the communication requirements of the device, reader
When detecting an answer, the reader is applied to the voltage for the first time
A wide 2.8V voltage range from -40°C to 6.0V to +85°C is read

UniqueWare My Button Factory Programmed (1024-bit) version of DS1982 and DS1985 (16KB), respectively, only add My Buttons. They differ from the 12-digit identifier 5E7h in their custom ROM Family Code regular equipment (see ordering information) and UniqueWare's local standard serialization area. For technical details of the device, please refer to the DS1982 and DS1985 datasheets:

The UniqueWare Add My button only provides customer-specific write-protected data pre-programming. UniqueWare data is populated with at least one, but more than the first two pages of equipment, depending on the length of the data provided by the customer.

UniqueWare devices are only available to existing customers. No longer accept new data patterns. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 34,000 pieces with a higher quantity in multiples of 17,000 pieces. UniqueWare I Button can only be purchased for bag delivery, in bulk form. The shipment quantity can be added or subtracted by 10% of the order quantity. The shipment quantity will be billed.
