DS28EA00 1-Wire Digital Thermometer

description

DS28EA00 is a 9-bit (0.5°C) digital thermometer with 12-bit (1/16°C) resolution and alarm function, non-volatile (NV), user-programmable upper and lower limit trigger points. Each DS28EA00 has its own unique 64-digit registration number, which is programmed to the chip factory. The 1-Wire® protocol for serial data transmission requires only one data line and terrestrial communication. Hysteresis and interference filters Improved 1-Wire front-end enables DS28EA00 to perform reliably on large 1-Wire networks. Unlike other 1-Wire thermometers, DS28EA00 has two additional pins for sequence detection. This feature allows users to discover this registration number based on the location of physical devices in the chain, for example, the temperature measurement of the storage tower at different heights. If sequence detection is not required, these pins can be used as a universal input or output. The operational power of the DS28EA00 comes directly from the data line ("parasitic power supply"), eliminating the need for an external power supply.
