The DS90LV011A is optimized for high data rate and low power applications with a single LVDS driver. The DS90LV011A is a current-mode driver that allows power consumption to be maintained even at low frequencies. In addition, short-circuit currents are minimized. The device is designed to support redundant data rates at 400Mbps (200MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) technology.

The device is available in a 5-pin small form factor transistor package. The LVDS outputs are arranged to facilitate PCB layout. The differential driver outputs provide low EMI with a low output swing of 350 mV, which is typical of 350 mV. The DS90LV011A can be used with its companion line of receivers, DS90LV012A or any activity with the country's LVDS receiver, providing a high-speed LVDS interface
