DS90LV047A is a four-flow CMOS differential line driver that requires ultra-low power consumption and high data rate application designs. The device is designed to support data transfer rates in excess of 400 Mbps utilizing low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) technology (200 MHz).

DS90LV047A accept low-voltage TTL/CMOS input levels and convert them to low-voltage (350 mV) differential output signals. In addition, the driver supports a three-state ® function that can be used to disable the output stage, disable the load current, and thus drop the device to a typical state of ultra-low idle power of 13 mW. DS90LV047A has a simple PCB layout with flowing pins.

The EN and EN inputs are combined to control the three-state output. Able to achieve common all four drivers. DS90LV047A and companion line receivers (DS90LV048A) provide a new alternative point to high-power pseudo-ECL devices for high-speed interfaces.
