The DS90LV027A is optimized for high-data-rate and low-power applications with dual LVDS drivers. The device is designed to support redundant data rates at 600Mbps (300MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) technology. The DS90LV027A is a current-mode driver that allows power consumption to be maintained even at low frequencies. In addition, short-circuit currents are minimized.

The device is packaged in a small 8-pin form factor. The DS90LV027A has a flow through which it is easy to design PCB layouts. The differential driver output provides low EMI with a typical low output swing of 360 mV. It is perfect for clock and data transfer at high speed. The DS90LV027A can be paired with its companion two-wire receivers DS90LV028A or with any activity of the country's LVDS receiver to provide a high-speed point-to-point LVDS interface.
