The DS90LV031A is designed for quad CMOS differential line driver applications requiring ultra-low power consumption and high data rate. The device is designed to support excess data rates at 400 Mbps (200 MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology.
The LVTTL DS90LV031A accepts the LVCMOS input levels at low voltage and converts them to low voltage (350 mV) differential output signals. In addition, the driver supports a three-state function that can be used to disable the output stage, disabling the load current, thereby removing the device from the typical idle state of ultra-low power of 13 mW.
* EN and EN inputs allow active low or active three-state output high control. The concession is available to all four drivers. The DS90LV031A line receiver (DS90LV032A) and its companion provide a new alternative to high power Pseudo-electrochemiluminescence Device high-speed point-to-point interface applications.
