The DS90LV031A is designed for ultra-low power and high data rate applications that require quad CMOS differential line drivers. The device is designed to support redundant data rates at 400 Mbps (200 MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) technology.

Accept/LVCMOS input levels are accepted at the LVTTL DS90LV031A at low voltage and converted to low-voltage (350 mV) differential output signals. In addition, the driver supports a three-state function that can be used to disable the output phase, disabling the load current, thus removing the device in a typical idle state at an ultra-low power of 13 mW.

* EN and EN inputs allow for high control of the three-state output with low activity or activity.
