DS91M125 is a 1:4 M-LVDS repeater designed for driving and distributing clock or data signals in up to 4 multipoint networks.

M-LVDS (Multipoint LVDS) is a new home based bus interface device with LVDS technology designed specifically for multipoint and multipoint cable and backplane applications. It differs from standard LVDS in providing increased drive current to handle the dual terminals required in multi-point applications. Controlled transition time, reduced reflection, expiration of unfinished stubs in point-to-multipoint configuration.

A single DS91M125 channel accepts 1:4 relays M-LVDS/LVDS/CML/LVPECL signals, and convert them into M - LVDS Signal level. Each output has an enable pin for an independent driver associated with it. DS91M125 input is LVDS compliant.

DS91M125 has a simple PCB layout with flowing pins. It provides a new alternative to high-speed multipoint interface applications. It is available in a SOIC-16 package to save space.
