The DS92LV1023E is a 300 to 6.6 million barrels/high speed serial data transmission S-sequence through a unidirectional FR-4 printed circuit board backplane and balanced copper cable. It converts a 10-bit wide parallel LVCMOS/LVTTL data bus to a single high-speed bus LVDS serial data stream with an embedded clock. This single serial data stream simplifies PCB design and reduces shrinking data paths, thereby reducing PCB cost in PCB size and layer count. The single serial data stream also reduces cable size, number of connections, and eliminates clock-to-data and data-to-data warping.

The proven DS92LV1023E deserializer is 10-bit operating over the 10-bit LVDS bus of any national semiconductor in its specified frequency range. It features special ESD protection, selectable edge triggering on the clock pin, and a high impedance output in power-down mode.

The DS92LV1023E is designed with flow-through pins and uses space-saving 28-lead SSOP packages.
