The DS9637A is a Schottky dual differential line receiver that has been specially designed to meet the requirements of the EIA standard RS-422 and RS-423. In addition, DS9637A meet CCITT recommendations that meet MIL - STD 188-114 requirements and are compatible with international standards. The DS9637A is used as a digital data system line receiver, utilizing single-ended or differential, unipolar or bipolar transmission. This requires a 5V supply with a Schottky TTL-compatible output. The DS9637A has a common mode range of ± 7V operating input differential or ground.
