The DS9637A is a Schottky dual differential line receiver that has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of EIA standards for RS-422 and RS-423. In addition, the DS9637A meets the CCITT recommendations that meet MIL - STD 188-114 requirements and are compatible with international standards. The DS9637A is used as a line receiver for digital data systems using single-ended or differential, unipolar, or bipolar transmission. This requires a 5V supply with a Schottky TTL-compatible output. The DS9637A features a common-mode range of ± 7V operating input differential or ground.
