Product Introduction

Condensation monitors help prevent condensation at critical cold spots. With its relative humidity (RH) sensing element, it reliably detects the risk of condensation and prevents it from occurring.

Surface condensation occurs when the relative humidity of the air near the surface reaches 100 %RH. Due to the excellent thermal coupling with the surface, the EE046 measures the RH of the air directly at the surface temperature. Its properties make it ideal for applications where a controlled guard is required to prevent dripping or mold.

The relay output provides early warning before condensation actually occurs. It also indicates a faulty power supply or damaged cable. Status LEDs indicate normal operation, alarms, or power failures. E+E proprietary coating protects the humidity sensor from dust and dirt.
