EVAL-AD7277CB 3 MSPS 10-bit ADC in a 6-pin TSOT package The AD7277 is a 10-bit high-speed, low-power successive approximation ADC. Operating voltages are from 2.35V to 3.6V from a single supply with a maximum throughput of 3 MSPS. Inside it contains a low-noise, wide-bandwidth sample/hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies above 30 MHz.
The conversion process and data acquisition process are controlled via /CS and serial clocks, creating conditions for the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled at the falling edge of /CS, while the conversion is initiated here at the same time. There is no pipeline delay on this device.
The AD7277 uses advanced design technology to achieve extremely low power consumption at high throughput.
The device uses an internal voltage reference that is obtained directly from VDD, providing the ADC with the widest dynamic input range, resulting in an analog input range of 0 to VDD. The conversion rate depends on the SCLK.
