EVAL-AD7366SDZ true bipolar input, dual-core 12-bit, dual-channel, simultaneous sampling SAR ADC

The AD7366/AD7367 are dual-core 12-bit/14-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation analogsconverter(ADC) with throughput up to 1 MSPS. The device contains two ADCs, both preceded by a dual multiplexer and a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier.

The AD7366/AD7367 use Analog Devices, Inc. industrial CMOS process (iCMOS).1 ), this technology platform combines the advantages of low-voltage and high-voltage CMOS. Using the iCMOS process, the AD7366/AD7367 not only reduces power dissipation and package size, but also accepts high voltage bipolar signals. The AD7366/AD7367 can input true bipolar analog signals ± the 10 V range, ± 5 V range, and 0 V to 10 V range.

The AD7366/AD7367 have an on-chip reference of 2.5 V that can be disabled to allow the use of an external reference. If a reference voltage of 3 V is applied to the DCAPA and DCAPB pins, the AD7366/AD7367 can accept ± 12 V true bipolar analog inputs. For ±12 V input range, a minimum ±12 V V is requiredDD and VSS Power supply.
