EVAL-AD7366SDZ True Bipolar Input, Dual-Core 12-Bit, Dual-Channel, Simultaneously Sampling SAR ADC 

The AD7366/AD7367 are dual-core 12-bit/14-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with throughput up to 1 MSPS. The device has two ADCs in it, both previously equipped with a dual-channel multiplexer and a low-noise, wide-bandwidth sample-and-hold amplifier.

The AD7366/AD7367 are manufactured using Analog Devices' industrial CMOS process (iCMOS1), a technology platform that combines the benefits of both low-voltage and high-voltage CMOS. Using the iCMOS process, the AD7366/AD7367 not only reduces power consumption and package size, but also accepts high-voltage bipolar signals. The AD7366/AD7367 can input true bipolar analog signals ± the 10 V range, ±5 V range, and 0 V to 10 V range.

The AD7366/AD7367 have a 2.5 V on-chip reference that can be disabled in order to use an external reference. If a 3 V reference is applied to the DCAPA and DCAPB pins, the AD7366/AD7367 accepts ± 12 V true bipolar analog input. For ± 12 V input range, VDD and VSS supplies with a minimum ± of 12 V are required.
