The EVAL-AD7466CB 1.6 V micropower 10-bit ADCs AD7466/AD7467/AD7468 are 12/10/8-bit high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from a single 1.6V to 3.6V supply with low power consumption and a maximum throughput of 200 kSPS. Each of these devices has a built-in low-noise, wide-bandwidth sample-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies above 3 MHz.

The conversion process and data acquisition process are controlled by CS and serial clocks, creating conditions for the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled at the falling edge of the CS, and the conversion is initiated here at the same time. The device has no pipeline delay.

The reference voltage is obtained from VDD, which provides the ADC with the widest dynamic input range, resulting in an analog input range of 0 to VDD. The conversion rate depends on the SCLK.
