FRN0.75G1S-4C 380V0.75KW High Performance Fuji Inverter

FRENIC-MEGA's new generation of frequency converter G1S series, which can replace the original G11S series, has higher standards and is closer to European standards

It has the following characteristics:

● PG vector control   It is suitable for use with offset printing machines and other applications that require high-precision positioning control.

●Fuji Electric's unique dynamic torque control performance has been improved

Dynamic torque vectoring is an advanced technology unique to Fuji Electric. In the dynamic torque vector control, the voltage error of the main circuit device of the motor is fully considered, and it is equipped with motor constant setting and new magnetic flux monitoring, so that the high starting torque of 200% can be achieved even at low speed of 0.3Hz.

●Improve overload tolerance

Compared to Fuji Electric's previous products, the maximum amount of acceleration and deceleration functions in a short period of time is achieved by extending the rated time for overload, thereby improving the work efficiency of cutting and handling machinery. ●Overload resistance: 200%-3 seconds/150%-1 minute

●Increase the power of the built-in brake resistor model

A built-in brake circuit is standard in models up to 22 kW, and is suitable for up-and-down handling devices that are more used for regenerative loads. (Built-in brake resistor is also available for 7.5kW or less) *If you want to further increase the power, you can order a model with 400V:30kW~110kW.

●Maximize the performance of general-purpose motors

● Sensorless vector control   It is suitable for use with high starting torque such as hanging basket type three-dimensional parking garage.

●Improved shock load response capacity

Advanced torque response in response to sudden load changes has been achieved. By controlling the magnetic flux, the change in motor speed is controlled within a minimum range, so that the vibration is controlled. It is ideal for use in cutting machinery and other equipment that requires stable rotational speed.

●Improved response performance to operation instructions

The response to the operation command terminals, which have been highly rated in the past, has been further improved, and the response time has been achieved. The interval between cycles is shortened, making it suitable for operations with a large number of repeated operations.

USB interface for convenient information management by flexible use of PC software (when using the remote control panel) ● In the memory of the operation panel, various information of the frequency converter body can be saved, and confirmation operations can be performed without the need to select a location. ● At the production site, information can be sent directly to the computer (PC loader) through the USB interface of the operation panel. ● Regular life information collection can be carried out efficiently. ● Through the real-time scanning function, the abnormal situation of the equipment and machinery can be confirmed.

 Wide range of uses ●It has a function that is conducive to the work of speed commands

Speed control commands can be issued by using a pulse generator or other input pulse column (single-phase pulse + instruction symbol). (Maximum pulse input 100kHz)

●Configuration ratio operation   This function is suitable for adjusting several handling machine systems. Frequency command ratios for several driven shafts can be set relative to the main speed. The handling speed of the handling machine with load changes can be easily adjusted.

●Complete brake circuit protection function By monitoring the action of the actuator transistor, the brake resistor can be protected. A special signal is output when an abnormality in the brake transistor is detected. Using these signals, the protection function can be activated by setting the circuit that cuts off the input power supply outside the frequency converter.

●Function to prevent items from slipping In the process of up and down handling, the accuracy of the brake signal is improved. By adding the torque value to the current value and frequency previously monitored when the brake signal is issued, the brake timing can be easily adjusted. ●Pendulum control function for winding

Compare the target value with the feedback value, and add or subtract the PID operation result from the baseline speed. Since the gain (proportional band) of the PID calculation part can be set low (wide), it can be applied to automatic control systems that require rapid response, such as speed control.

●Rich in functions and wide range of uses

The position control accuracy is greatly improved by the position controller (APR) + PG vector control. Due to the shortened positioning time, it is beneficial to shorten the interval period. 

 

●Logic input and output can be easily completed through parameter setting. Simplified surrounding circuitry. With servo lock function (PG option card)   ●It is suitable for adjusting the stop timing and braking torque when positioning the motor in the position of the motor such as handling machinery. It has convenient functions for adding torque from the outside during stops and when requesting torque maintenance. Cycle times are shortened by reducing deceleration times. Design life of 10 years The design life of various life-spanning components inside the drive is extended to 10 years. As a result, the maintenance cycle of the equipment is also extended.   Main circuit capacitor 10 years Electrolytic capacitors on printed plates for 10 years Cooling fan for 10 years It has a life warning function for equipment maintenance performance.
