G9EB-1 DC Power Relay (Type 25A)

 

 

DC power relays capable of cutting off high-voltage, high-current DC loads

 
 

The features of the Omron DC power relay model g9ec-1 DC are as follows ● It adopts a unique inflatable structure, completely sealed, and uses metal-resin co-packaging to achieve a ceramic-free structure. This construction reduces the need for special handling and materials compared to older models, resulting in a low-cost, compact and lightweight relay.  ● The smallest and lightest in its class, measuring only 25 × 60 × 58 mm, approximately 135 g. Compared to similar products (DC400 V, 25 A), it is about half the volume and about a third of the weight. ● The unique design of the contact switching part and the permanent magnet to eliminate arcing eliminates the polarity requirement in the main circuit (contact terminal). This design makes wiring and installation easier and helps provide fault protection against wiring errors. *Based on our survey as of December 2004.

*5. The electrical life is measured at a switching frequency of 60 operations/hr.
*6. These values are used when rheostats are used in relay coils as a protective circuit against reverse surges. If a diode is used, the switching characteristics will be reduced.
