description
The HI5860 is a 12-bit, 130 MSPS (million samples per second), high speed, low power, /one converter, which is implemented in an advanced CMOS process. From a single +5 V +5 V supply, the converter provides a full-scale output current of 20 mA and includes edge-triggered CMOS input data latches. Excellent low surge energy and frequency domain performance to achieve the use of segmented current source architectures.
This device complements the HI5x60 and HI5x28 high-speed converter families, which include 8-, 10-, 12-, and 14-bit devices.
