HM27 series vacuum/absolute pressure transmitter is a new series of products specializing in vacuum measurement and control launched by HELM in China, which completely solves the problem of difficult vacuum measurement, which is divided into three specifications: HM27G negative pressure transmitter, HM27A absolute pressure transmitter, HM27CA capacitive film absolute pressure transmitter, which has been widely used in pharmaceutical, medical equipment, scientific research, leak detection, automation equipment supporting and other fields.
HM27G negative pressure transmitter is the use of HELM monocrystalline silicon thick film sensor, with high-precision signal processing circuit, stable performance, reliability, solve the shortcomings of domestic diffusion silicon negative pressure vacuum products such as signal instability, short service life and other shortcomings, the common range is: 0-100KPa; 0—-50KPa, etc.
HM27A absolute voltage transmitter is the use of German HELM's advanced absolute pressure chip and temperature self-compensation and standardized circuit debugging and other high-tech technologies, the absolute voltage range is expanded to 5KPa at a minimum, and the comprehensive accuracy of the product is greatly improved.
HM27CA capacitive film absolute pressure transmitter is the company's latest vacuum pressure gauge produced in China by introducing German HELM capacitive film gauge technology and international advanced calibration production equipment. This product works on the principle of capacitance change, the minimum range can achieve absolute pressure of 0.02Pa-200Pa, and the detection is not affected by the type and composition of the detection medium, there is a standard electrical signal output, can be transmitted far away, which is convenient for the intelligent control of the microprocessor, and is an ideal instrument for low vacuum pressure measurement.
