Product Details:

HMC194AMS8E is a low-cost SPDT switch in an 8-pin MSOP package for applications requiring high isolation between two RF paths. These devices control signals in the DC to 3 GHz range and are optimized to provide the highest isolation and minimal insertion loss required for low- to medium-power applications. The on-chip circuitry operates with positive voltage control at very low DC currents, and the control inputs are compatible with CMOS and most TTL logic families. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 reflections are disconnected.
