Product Details:

The HMC197B(E) is a low-cost SPDT switch in a 6-pin SOT26 plastic package for general-purpose switching applications with very low insertion loss and extremely small size. The device controls signals in the DC to 3 GHz range, making it particularly suitable for 900 MHz, 1.8 - 2.2 GHz, and 2.4 GHz ISM applications with losses of less than 1 dB. This design provides excellent insertion loss performance, making it ideal for filter and receiver switching applications. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 reflect short circuits. The DC current required for the two control voltages is very small and is compatible with most CMOS and TTL logic families. See HMC221B for the same performance of other SOT26 pinouts.
