The HMC197B(E) is oneLow-cost SPDT switchHoused in a 6-pin SOT26 plastic package, it is suitable for general-purpose switching applications with very low insertion loss and very small size. The device controls signals from DC to 3 GHz and is ideal for 900 MHz, 1.8 - 2.2 GHz, and 2.4 GHz ISM applications with losses less than 1 dB. This design provides excellent insertion loss performance, making it ideal for filter and receiver switching applications. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 reflect short circuits.
