HMC221B(E) is a lowCost SPDT switchHoused in a 6-pin SOT26 plastic package, it is suitable for general purpose switching applications requiring very low insertion loss and very small size. The device controls signals from DC to 3 GHz and is ideal for 900 MHz, 1.8 - 2.2 GHz, and 2.4 GHz ISM applications with losses less than 1 dB.
This design provides excellent insertion loss performance, making it ideal for filter and receiver switching applications. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 reflect short circuits. The DC current required for both control voltages is very small and compatible with most CMOS and TTL logic families. For the same performance of other SOT26 pinouts, see HMC197B(E).
