Product details

The HMC252QS24(E) is a low cost oneNon-reflective SP6T switchHoused in a 24-pin QSOP package, wideband operates from DC to 3 GHz. The switch provides single-positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. A 3:6 decoder is integrated on the switch, requiring only three control lines and a positive bias to select each path. The HMC252QS24(E) SP6T replaces SP4T and SPDT MMIC switcheslogical driveMultiple configurations.
