Product details

The HMC345LP3(E) is oneWideband non-reflective GaAs MESFET SP4T switchin a low-cost leadless surface-mount package. The switching frequency range is DC to 8 GHz with high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch also integrates on-chip binary decoding circuitry to reduce the required logic control lines to two. The switch operates from a positive 0/+5V control voltage with a fixed bias of +5V.

*Port RFC and RF1, 2, 3, and 4 require DC blocking capacitors. Their values determine the minimum transmission frequency.
