Product Details:

The HMC536 is a GaAs MMIC T/R switch operating from DC to 6 GHz in a leadless 2 mm x 2 mm DFN LP2 surface-mount package with exposed ground pads or an 8-pin MSOP8G surface-mount package with an exposed ground pad. Ideal for cellular, PCS, 3G base station, WiMAX and WiBro access points, and user applications, the switch features low insertion loss of 0.5 dB to 0.6 dB and high input IP3 of 54 dBm to 55 dBm. The switch offers excellent power handling, operating at frequencies up to 6 GHz, with a P3 dBm compression point of 0.1dB at 29V and 5 dBm at 33 V. The on-chip circuitry enables positive voltage control of 0/3 V or 0/5 V at very low DC currents. HMC536LP2 occupies only 4 mm² of area, making it ideal for applications requiring small dimensions.
