The HMC546 is oneFail-safe SPDT switchesAvailable in leadless DFN surface-mount packages or 8-pin MSOP8G surface-mount packages, it is suitable for transmit-receive and LNA protection applications that require low distortion and up to 10 W of power handling. Capable of controlling signals from 200 MHz to 2700 MHz*, the device is ideal for cellular network signal amplifiers, WiMAX and WiBro repeaters, PMR, and automotive telematics applications. It is designed to provide 40 dBm of P0.1 dB on the transmit (Tx) port and 65 dBm of IIP3. With a fail-safe topology, the switch provides a low-loss path from RFC to Tx when no DC power supply is available.
