Product Details:

The HMC547 is a general-purpose, wideband, high-isolation, non-reflective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch available in either a ceramic 3 mm x 3 mm leadless surface-mount package or a low-cost leadless QFN surface-mount package. The switching frequency range is DC to 28.0 GHz, with isolation greater than 40 dB and insertion loss of less than 2 dB in the mid-frequency band, isolation greater than 50 dB at frequencies up to 5 GHz, and isolation greater than 45 dB at frequencies up to 15 GHz. Wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size make absorbent SPDTs suitable for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications. The switch operates on a -5/0 V complementary negative control voltage logic line without the need for a bias supply.
