Product details

The HMC547 is a general-purpose wideband high isolation non-reflective GaAs MESFETSPDT switchAvailable in a ceramic 3 mm x 3 mm leadless surface-mount package or a low-cost leadless QFN surface-mount package. The switching frequency range is dc to 28.0 GHz and has greater than 40 dB isolation and less than 2 dB insertion loss at mid-band, greater than 50 dB isolation at frequencies up to 5 GHz and greater than 45 dB isolation at frequencies up to 15 GHz. Wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size make the absorption SPDT suitable for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications. The switch operates with a complementary negative control voltage logic line of -5/0 V without biasing the supply.
