Product Details:

The HMC574MS8(E) is a low-cost SPDT switch in an 8-pin MSOP package for transmit/receive applications that require very low distortion performance at high input power levels. The device controls DC to 3 GHz signals and is particularly suitable for cellular/3G infrastructure, WiMAX, and WiBro applications with a typical insertion loss of only 0.3 dB. The design provides 5 W processing performance and a +65 dBm third-order intermodulation cut-off point at +8 V bias. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 reflect short circuits.
