Product details

The HMC574MS8(E) is a low cost oneSPDT switchHoused in an 8-pin MSOP package, it is suitable for transmit/receive applications requiring very low distortion performance at high incoming power levels. The device controls DC to 3 GHz signals and is ideal for cellular/3G infrastructure, WiMAX, and WiBro applications with a typical insertion loss of only 0.3 dB. This design provides 5 W processing performance and +65 dBm third-order intercept point at +8 V bias. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 reflect short circuits.
