The HMC721LC3C is an XOR/XNOR gate function designed to support data transfer rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. The HMC721LC3C also has an output level control pin VR, which can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals of the HMC721LC3C are terminated to ground via a 50-Ω resistor on-chip and support DC or AC coupling. The differential outputs of the HMC721LC3C can be DC or AC-coupled. The output can be connected directly to 50 ΩGround termination system, DC blocking capacitors can be used if a DC voltage terminated to a non-ground DC voltage is terminated at 50 Ω. The HMC721LC3C operates from a single -3.3V DC supply in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
