HMC721LP3E is an XOR/XNOR gate feature designed to support data rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. HMC721LP3E also has an output level control pin VR that can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals HMC721LP3E are connected to ground via a 50-Ω resistor top and support DC or AC coupling. The differential output of HMC721LP3E can be DC or AC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system, or DC isolation capacitors if 50 Ω terminated to a non-ground DC voltage. HMC721LP3E operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and is available in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT package.
