The HMC722LP3E is an AND/NAND/OR/NOR feature designed to support data transfer rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. The HMC772LP3E can be easily configured to provide any of the following logic functions: AND, NAND, OR, or NOR. The HMC722LP3E also has an output level control pin, VR, which can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals of the HMC722LP3E are terminated to ground via a 50 Ω resistor on-chip and support DC or AC coupling. The differential outputs of the HMC722LP3E can be DC or AC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system, and DC blocking capacitors can be used if 50 Ω terminated to a non-ground DC voltage. The HMC722LP3E operates from a single -3.3V DC supply in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT package.
