Product details

The HMC744LC3 is a 1:2 fan-outbumper, designed to support data transfer rates up to 14 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 14 GHz.

All differential inputs of the HMC744LC3 are CML and terminated to the positive supply (Vcc) via 50 Ω resistor on-chip and support either AC or DC coupling. The differential CML output source is terminated up to 50 Ω and can also be AC or DC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω Vcc termination system or can be used with a 50 Ω termination to groundDC-blocking capacitors。 The HMC744LC3 also provides an output level control pin, VR, which can be used for loss compensation as well as signal level optimization. The HMC744LC3 operates from a single 3.3 V supply and is available in a ROHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT package.
