Product Details:

HMC744LC3 is a 1:2 fan-out buffer designed to support data transfer rates up to 14 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 14 GHz.

All differential inputs of the HMC744LC3 are CML and connected to a positive supply (Vcc) via a 50 Ω resistor chip and support AC or DC coupling. The differential CML output source is terminated to 50 Ω and can also be AC or DC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω Vcc termination system, while DC blocking capacitors can be used if 50 Ω terminated to ground. HMC744LC3 also provides output level control pin VR, which can be used for loss compensation and signal level optimization. HMC744LC3 operates from a single 3.3 V supply and is available in a ROHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT package.
