Product details

The HMC784 is a high powerSPDT switchHoused in an 8-pin MSOP package, it is suitable for transmit-receive applications that require very low distortion performance at high input signal power levels. The device controls signals from DC to 4 GHz. The design provides excellent intermodulation performance at 5 V bias with a third-order intercept point of > 60 dBm. In the off state, RF1 and RF2 reflect short circuits. On-chip circuitry operates from a single positive supply from 3 Vdc to 8 Vdc at very low dc currents, and the control inputs are compatible with the CMOS logic family.
