Product Details:

The HMC784 is a high-power SPDT switch in an 8-pin MSOP package for transmit-receive applications that require very low distortion performance at high input signal power levels. The device controls signals in the DC to 4 GHz range. The design provides excellent intermodulation performance at 5 V bias, with a third-order intermodulation intercept of > 60 dBm. In the shutdown state, RF1 and RF2 reflect short circuits. The on-chip circuitry operates from a single positive supply of 3 VDC to 8 VDC at very low DC currents, and the control inputs are compatible with the CMOS logic family.
