HMC844LC4B is an XOR/XNOR functional device that supports data rates up to 45 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 25 GHz. HMC844LC4B can be easily configured to provide XOR or XNOR logic functions. HMC844LC4B also integrates an output level control pin VAC, which can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals HMC844LC4B are terminated to on-chip ground at 50 Ω and can be AC or DC coupled. HMC844LC4B differential outputs can be AC or DC coupled. The output can be directly connected to a 50-Ω grounded termination system, and if it is terminated to a non-grounded DC voltage via a 50-Ω, a DC-blocking capacitor should be used. HMC844LC4B operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and is available in a RoHS-compliant 4x4 mm SMT ceramic package.
