Product details

The HMC849ALP4CE is a high isolation non-reflective DC to 6 GHz GaAs pHEMTSPDT switchin a low-cost leadless surface-mount package. Ideal for cellular/WiMAX/4G infrastructure applications, the switch achieves up to 60 dB isolation, low insertion loss of 0.8 dB, and +52 dBm input IP3. The device offers high power handling capability in the up to 5 - 6 GHz WiMAX bands and additionally provides +31 dBm P1dB compression point performance. On-chip circuitry enables 0/+3V or 0/+5V single-positive voltage control at very low DC currents. Setting the enable input (EN) to logic high places the switch in a "full off" state.
