HMC851LC3C is an XOR/XNOR gate-enabled device that supports data rates up to 28 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 28 GHz. HMC851LC3C also integrates an output level control pin VR that can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals of the HMC851LC3C are terminated to on-chip ground at 50 Ω and can be AC or DC coupled. HMC851LC3C differential outputs can be AC or DC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system, or DC isolation capacitors if 50 Ω terminated to a non-ground DC voltage. HMC851LC3C operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and is available in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
